The direction we are building: a custom internal app with PostHog as the data engine, staff sign-in (so customer names are safe), and no email or PostHog-rendering limits. Business view first: "orgs to act on" to-do lists, org filter for per-customer deep-dives, users and rollouts by organisation, plus the v2 infographics. Real production data.

The look inside PostHog's own dashboards: lifecycle, retention, user paths, funnels and trends across three boards. Built live and kept as the interim/fallback while the custom app is built.
